Based on the experience acquired as Manager iin different security companies (Groupe Sécuricor, OMEGA Sécurité), Mr. VAN WYNGAARD ​​has developed and implemented at the PCJ of Cinkansé, operational procedures which govern the activities of Scanning Systems SA. These procedures include:

  • Site surveillance based on a rotation system (site access and exit control),
  • Traffic coordination,
  • Control operations with scanner and axle weighing.

Trained in the South African Navy, Mr. VAN WYNGAARD, has a professional experience of more than 33 years in the fields of safety and security of road and port transport.

Director of the Juxtaposed Control Point (PCJ) from November 2010 to July 2015, he was responsible for the daily management of the site and the staff of the PCJ and was required to ensure the respect and the full implementation of the operational and security procedures at the PCJ.

Since August 2015, he is the Advisor in charge of Special Projects for TASSEC Group.
